Bevatten .json bestanden gewoonlijk gesprekken?

Hallo! IK vond op mijn Acer Aspire ES 15, nieuw gekocht eind 2017, meerdere .json bestanden met in mijn ogen verdachte teksten ; gesprekken. Ik zou graag willen weten wat dit is en of het normaal is dat die .json bestanden zulke teksten bevatten?

    @Kasander1 Dat had ik al gedaan . IK kwam een zipfile tegen met de naam virtual router. UItgepakt en de .json files geopend. Doordat ik al een tijd denk dat er iemand meekijkt in mijn laptop en waarschijnlijk mijn wifi gehackt heeft…
    Een sub map met de naam discussions heeft 621 .json bestanden. zie onderstaande tekst dat is er een:
    [
    {
    "Id": "285258",
    "ThreadId": "83003",
    "Html": "<p>I'm not entirely clear on how this can be accomplished.</p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p>But I'd like to be able to control what web pages different connected users can access (like perhaps I don't want certain users accessing sites) as well as redirect new users to a web page I'd host on the computer that gave out certain rules and whatnot they'd have to follow.</p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p>If you'd like a specific example there's an online game I play (www.cybernations.net). It only allows 1 IP/account and I'd like to keep my roommates who are using my 3G connection from accessing the website while still allowing myself access. How can I do this? Thanks!</p>",
